MEET STEPHANIE
Steph on Life was designed with the goal of transforming more women in STEM into visionary leaders who are confidently self-aware of their own power and potential to develop purposeful visions of the leaders they want to become.
Stephanie brings a pragmatic approach to working with leaders to help them navigate change and uncertainty, increase their impact, and build capacity in their teams.
Stephanie’s broad perspective comes from over 25 years of work experience both domestically and internationally. Previously holding executive leadership positions in public and private technology companies for over 15 years, Stephanie excels because she understands the complexity, challenges, and rewards of working in both large multinational companies and in financial/technology start-up environments. Her focus has always been on driving business outcomes and creating places where people love to work.
That professional history enables Stephanie to leverage her knowledge and real-life experience in a way that makes her unique among corporate coaches. She says, “The reason that I am so passionate about coaching for the final years of my career is because my path would have been so much easier if I had someone to talk to about it that was familiar with what I was going through. I am starting Steph on Life now because without question the most fulfilling part of my career has been supporting and challenging women to become impactful leaders.”
While she believes that everyone can benefit from the personal and professional transformations that take place during coaching, it is also critical to choose a coach that is right for you, one that you can trust and be radically candid with on your personal and private journey.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where she earned a BA in Business Economics, as well as a graduate of the University of Redlands, CA where she earned her MBA.
